Endlichkeiten: Was bleibt?
(Finalities: What remains?)

Have you ever thought about how long your clothes are likely to outlive you? In 1000 years, will your T-shirt be a fossil, like a dinosaur skeleton? What will you leave behind?

As part of the workshop programme for Prater Galerie (Berlin), wirbeide gave a workshop on the artistic exploration of these questions in cooperation with bilderbewegen e.V.
On 5 and 6 June 2021, the group met online to get to know each other. With a tutorial, the participants were able to make fossils out of old textiles at home. The necessary plaster and other materials were sent to them in advance in a package.
Afterwards, there was a joint fossil workshop in the public space in front of the Prater Galerie.
